One-Year Limited TechnoBrush Warranty

Effective date: August 15, 2026

JH Direct Group, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the SkinPop TechnoBrush will be free from defects that prevent its normal intended functionality for one year from the original order date.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects affecting the functional operation of the TechnoBrush under normal household use and in accordance with the supplied care and usage instructions.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, JH Direct Group, Inc. will, at its option, repair the defective TechnoBrush or replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• HydroFoliate Cleansing Gel or other consumable products;
• normal cosmetic wear, discoloration or deterioration that does not affect functionality;
• damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper cleaning or storage, use contrary to instructions, unauthorized modification or repair, or use with incompatible charging equipment;
• loss or theft; or
• products purchased from an unauthorized seller or without valid proof of purchase.

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact support@skinpop.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs or video that demonstrate the issue. Additional troubleshooting or documentation may be requested before a return is authorized.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the TechnoBrush to the designated warranty location. JH Direct Group, Inc. will cover the cost of sending a repaired or replacement TechnoBrush back to an address within the continental United States.

Do not send a product until you have received warranty-return instructions.

Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
